Yes! Our maintenance team is available Monday through Friday for rountine maintenance service requests. We also offer emergency maintenance after hours, on weekends, and holidays. The after hours maintenance number is (866) 956-8387.

Please call our office at (301) 776-6767 to submit a service request or you can use the RentCafe app or Resident Portal link on the website to put in your maintenance request. If you have an after hour request you can still call the office number listed above and follow the prompts for emergency maintenance.

You do not have to be present for maintenance to perform work in your apartment.

If you get locked out during our office hours please stop by the office to pick up a key. If it is after hours please call the emregency maintenance number, (866) 956-8387. Please note that a fee will apply for a lock out if the office is closed.

We offer one unreserved parking spot with each apartment home. Additional vehicles can be added for a fee. We do have reserved parking available in our covered garage, please visit our Deposits and Fees page on the internet for more information.

When it comes to amenities Windsor at Contee Crossing has it all! We offer 6000 sq. ft. of lawn space with gorgeous courtyards, fountains and pergolas. 24-Hour fitness center with free weights, yoga room and fitness classes 3 times per week at no additional cost. Clubhouse, billiards room, business center, theatre room and spacious pool with sunning areas and gas grills. Outdoor sitting areas with grand fireplaces and multiple plasma TV's. Our community has a Luxer package system which allows you to pick up your packages 24 hours a day.

The pool/pool deck are open from Memorial Day until Labor Day from 11:00am - 8:00pm daily.

We gladly accept cats and dogs into our community, and there is not a weight limit! Breed restrictions do apply, contact the leasing office for details. Please visit our Deposits and Fees page on the internet for more information on pet fees.

Each apartment home is equipped with a full-sized washers and dryers as well as a GE stainless steel fridge, microwave, electric stove, and dishwasher.

We do offer furnished apartments through Windsor Corporate Suites! Please visit our Corporate Suites website to inquire about availability or reach out to our furnished housing team directly at (781) 899-5100.

Applications are normally approved within 24 to 48 hours of submission.

We require proof of income from every applicant. This can be in several forms such as: 2 current verifiable paystubs, 6 months of bank statements, offer letter and/or the most recent W-2. In addition we reach out to your previous landlord for a reference. Please contact the office for more information.

All rent is submitted online through the resident portal website or RentCafe APP. The website allows for one-time payments or auto-pay each month.

Renter's insurance is required at a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability. Assurant is Windsor's partnered insurance provide. We suggest you also insure your personal belongings through your renter's insurance.

Our lease agreement does accommodate early lease terminations, there is a fee associated with leaving prior to lease end date. Please contact the office for more information.

Verizon and Comcast Xfinity are the available cable and internet providers. Please contact the leasing office for contact information.

Setting up utilities is very simple. Contact Baltimore Gas & Electric at 1-800-685-0123 for your electric services. Minol is our water, sewer, trash and pest control billing utility company where your account is activated and set-up automatically. You are able to pay for all Minol charges through your resident portal.

Utilities are separate from your rent. Minol (water/sewer, trash and pest control bills) are charged to your rental account in addition to your monthly rent. Electricity bills are separate from the other utilities and get directly billed from the provider to your apartment.

Yes, both the Metro Bus and MARC Train are close to the community - Ask the leasing office for more information.

From 95 North: Take exit 31-32-33 toward MD-198/Konterra Dr./MD-200. Keep left at the fork in the ramp, keep left again at the fork. Take the Konterra Dr. exit, Exit 32 towards Van Dusen Rd. Go straight on Konterra, turn left onto Contee Road and drive just under a mile to the community. Turn left into Windsor at Contee Crossing, 7810 Contee Rd.

From 95 South: Take exit 32-31A towards Konterra Dr./MD-200US-1. Take the Konterra Drive exit, Exit 32. Turn right onto Konterra Dr. and follow to Contee Rd. Turn left onto Contee Road. Stay on Contee Road for under a mile and turn left into the community - 7810 Contee Rd.

From Rte 295: Take exit for MD-197 toward Bowie Laurel. Turn right onto MD-197 N/Laurel Bowie Rd (signs for Laurel.) Continue straight on Laurel Bowie Rd. Turn left onto Contee Road. Go approximately 1.4 miles and turn right into the community, Windsor at Contee Crossing.

Windsor at Contee Crossing is in the Prince George's County School District. Schools include Vansville Elementary, Martin Luther King Jr. Middle and Laurel High School.

Applying with Windsor is easy, everything is completed online. Visit our Windsor at Contee Crossing website click on "Applicant Login" to register and begin your application. You can also apply through the floorplan page. Select the apartment you would like to apply for and click "Apply Online.

Check out our floor plans, search for the floorplan you are interested in and use the availability alert link. You will be one of the first to receive notifications when an apartment comes available for your time frame with your floor plan preference.

Windsor completes a credit and a background check on every prospective resident over the age of 18. You must be able to demonstrate financial responsibility, we require proof of income as well as a landlord reference. In addition, you must have a credit report that is acceptable, we obtain a credit report from a third-party credit reporting agency for each applicant. We may request a higher security deposit depending on the outcome of each of these items. Please reach out to the leasing office for more information.

Touring is absolutely free! Please contact our leasing office to schedule an appointment at 301-776-6767. You may also schedule a tour online from our website.

Walk-ins are welcome, please keep in mind that appointments are taken first as they have previously scheduled a time slot with a Leasing Consultant. If you are interested you may schedule a tour online from our website.

Windsor offers varying lease options to include 2- 12 months. Terms may vary depending on availability and occasionally we may offer longer term leases. Please check out our floor plans page for current rates and terms available. Windsor limits advance pay up to 1 month. Please contact the leasing office if you would like further information.

During the application process Windsor at Contee Crossing asks you to pay the application fee as well as 1/2 of the administrative fee in order to reserve the apartment. The remaining administrative fee is paid on your move-in day along with your first month's rent, any additional fees such as parking or pet and your security deposit. There are several convenient shopping centers nearby. Laurel shopping center which neighbors our community includes a grocery store, restaurants, pet store, hair salon and more. The Towne Center at Laurel is only a few miles away and features dining, retail and movie theatre.
